Upon the Scheme becoming effective and in consideration of the Amalgamation of Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited into IndusInd Bank Limited; IndusInd Bank Limited shall issue and allot Equity Shares to the shareholders of Bharat Financial Inclusion Limited in the following share exchange ratio:
‘’639 (Six Hundred & Thirty Nine) Equity share of face value of Rs.10/- each of IndusInd Bank Limited , fully paid up for every 1,000 (One Thousand) shares of face value of Rs.10/- each held in Bharat Financial Inclusions Limited”
